Lisa has
extensive training in a variety of health and wellness related
areas, including; Nutrition and Weight
Management.
Lisa
likes to work in the area of mid-life change for groups aged 35-55
years, peri menopause, menopause and andropause.
Lisa
assists all age groups and older adults with strength training
development.
